Submission

Guidelines and registration

---

All submissions should not exceed 8.000 words (20 pages, approximately), including references. Extended abstracts, with no more than 2.000 words, might be considered for oral presentations. Full papers have priority over extended abstracts.

Full papers and extended abstracts must be written in English, Spanish or Portuguese (official languages).

Papers and Posters accepted will be included in the program only if (at least) one of the authors completes the registration process before July 20, 2016. A presenter can always be a non-presenting co-author on one additional paper.

Full papers

---

First page (separately): should only include the following information, which must not be available or displayed in other parts of the text:

• Title at the top of the page.
• Author(s) Name(s), current position, address, telephone and e-mail.
• Category and 5 keywords.

Second page: should begin with the title of the paper or extended abstract and must include an abstract with no more than 100 words. The manuscripts must be submitted in a word file, arial letter, size 11, preferable.

Posters

---

Researchers, professionals and students are encouraged to submit their studies in poster layout according to the following guidelines:

• Poster size: 850mm (width) x 1.190mm (height); (33,46 x 46,85 inch).
• Letter size: suitable to be read at 1 meter distance.
• The information presented must be clear and precise.
• The display of the poster as well as its removal is of authors’ responsibility.
• The organization provides the material required to display the posters.

Important dates

---

Full papers and extended abstracts should be submitted by e-mail to encuentro@aeca.es; deadline for submissions is May 15, 2016.

The maximum number of submissions (full papers, extended abstracts or posters) per author (either single or co-author) is two.

The deadline for posters submissions is July 1, 2016.

Notification to authors

---

Full papers and extended abstracts will be double blind reviewed. Poster will not be reviewed.

Notification to authors by June 15, 2016.

If the extended abstracts are accepted, authors must submit the full paper no later than July 1, by e-mail to encuentro@aeca.es.

Students

---

Graduate and undergraduate students are encouraged to submit their research/studies. The previous general requirements apply; however, the additional information “Call for students” must be provided on the first.

All accepted papers will be presented in parallel sessions exclusively for students.

Publication

---

The program will be available in the “Encuentro AECA 2016” website and the smartphone app.

Conference publications:

1. Digital publishing with ISBN.
2. Program Outline booklet.
3. AECA Review (special issue).

Additionally, all accepted papers might be considered for publication in other AECA Review/Journal.
